As you likely know, Charlie Kirk was assassinated on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. In this episode I give a little tribute as I recall how I discovered what happened and how it affected me. Seeing the sheer number of bloodthirsty banshees on the legacy media and on social media callously celebrating Charlie Kirk’s violent and untimely death is indeed disturbing. The Book of Mormon: Part 23 (Alma chapters 11-13)
This episode is part 23 in a series going through the story of the Book of Mormon. This episode covers chapters 11-13 of the book of Alma. Alma and Amulek continue their confrontation with the people of Ammonihah. A chief lawyer Zeezrom tries to bribe Amulek to deny the existence of God, but Amulek sniffs out his plot. Zeezrom asks Amulek questions and Amulek’s answers leave him trembling. Alma seizes on the moment to preach another sermon to the people. In this episode we learn about Nephite money and Melchizedek priesthood with a bit of modalism thrown in for good measure.
